What Does It Mean When A Guy Plays With Your Hands?

A Guy In My Bio Class Sits Kind Of Close To Me But We Are Partners For Almost Everything Because All Of My Friends Ended Up Being Together...But Anyways He Sits Really Close To Me And Is Always Joking Around Or Trying To Make Me Laff. He Tickles Me All The Time And For Some Reason He Plays With My Hands, Like Moving Them Around And Stuff. Whenever I Look At Him He Basically Is Always Looking Into My Eyes. He Always Insists On Getting ALL Of The Supplies And Handing EVERYTHING In And Putting EVERYTHING Away For Me So I Dont Have To Get Up. He Draws Little Doodles In My Agenda And Stuff Too. My Friends Bug Me That We "NEED To Go Out Cuz We Are Gonna Get Married Someday Because We Are Totally In Love" And That Kind Of Thing But He Doesnt Really Talk To Me In The Halls If He Sees Me. The Thing That Is Really Getting At Me Is The Hands...What Does That Mean?...Thx :)
