What happened to the free Toontown Codes on Disney Movie Rewards?

well. i was playing toontown since about 3-4 years ago. then i decided to make a new account with a different email since they took off all the toons i made. and i had a membership (subscribe) from disney movie rewards. then when i came back this year (2010) i made the new account then went up all the toontasks and the limit of the laff points. so i remembered the points required to get a free Toontown Code from DMR which is 200. then when i had enuff points for it. i checked in rewards and searched for toontown. and it was gone. so what happened? and when it will restock?
