What is this weird pain i have in my lower stomach?

idk how to explain it ! the pain is around the pantie area. its lyk a lil above the pelvic bone is but its not in my stomach.also wen ever i laff it feels lyk im putting to much pressure on it.it hurts no matter wut im Diong, sitting, standing,etc.now that i think about it its around the area of where you feel cramps but it doesn't feel lyk a cramp ! it even hurts wen i pee. its not a excoriating pain but it does cause me discomfort ! and this happens sumtyms also wen i finger myself lyk a couple days later.im 13 years old a Virgin never ever had sex soooo plz help ! and im a girl ! lol
