Are MAC makeup sponges reusable?

I'm looking for good sponges to apply tinted moisturizer or foundation, and MAC seems to have great sponges. I've never used them before, so I want to know, can you reuse makeup sponges like these? Because MAC sponges are 10 bucks a piece! It would seem stupid to throw them away after just a couple uses.
