TOONTOWN CHARACTER PROBLEM? (READ)?

This happened to me before which I stopped playing Toontown. Since your dad canceled the membership your account is considered as a free account. If you do not log in within about 5 months your toons get deleted due to inactivity. But in my case they told me this only happens if I never have a subscription even though at one point I used to have a paid subscription on my account. Unfortunately I couldn't get my account back. So....
