What air purifiers are good that don't need to have their air filters replaced?

I have no allergies to speak of. I use a purifier to keep the air sweet and keep viruses and bacteria down. I like the kind that has an ultraviolet bulb and a fan blows air over the bulb, creating 3 part oxygen. It is not flammable as oxygen that is used for breathing problems. It makes the air smell like after a rain on a grassy lawn, pure fresh air. they come in a very small size for bathrooms, and larger ones for larger areas.There is even one for inside the refrigerator. Right now I can't come up with a supplier, I would google ultraviolet air purifiers. My small one brand name is Prozone. These use no filters, a different concept.
