How do you get your Lawbot and Bossbot suit pieces on Toontown?

Well, I have been looking for a LONG time. No results. I have one Non-Just-for-fun toontask. It is, Defeat 200 5+ Cog Buildings to get 1+ laff. I could delete the other toontasks if I have to. My laff is 105, I have a 250 jellybean jar to carry jellybeans. I have a 80 Gag Pouch. I finished the Donald's Dreamland Toontasks, and I meet any other requirements I think. Please help me. I really want to battle the C.J and C.E.O. Thanks!
