How can i convince my parents that i need to see a therapist?

they will just laff at me, i know it. they will think im being silly, or a drama queen. but i really think i need to see one!!! if i tell them they will laff at me, and then they will tell my grandparents and my siblings, and them the whole family will know, and they will ALL laff at me. i dont know what to do please help me!?!?!?!? (i dont blame them for not noticing themselves, they work really hard, so all they see is the me that smiles so they dont waste time worrying about me. regretting that now....)
